Version 1.1 removes the authentication system. Payment is now by donation via paypal.
If you can't get ASDP to run correctly (you get AppleScript errors while it is running) please make sure you have the latest version of Mac os X installed (10.4.7 at time of writing). If you do not want to update your OS you can try using the previous version of ASDP, but please not that it requires activation after 7 days and may not work on some G5 systems. If you want to run it on a G5 your only option may be to update to 10.4.7
